If TheBlackPurple has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item, we will resend the correct product as it appears on the emailed invoice. The customer is NOT required to send back the item that was sent incorrectly. Just send us an email at info@TheBlackPurple.com within 14 days of receiving the product and we will immediately resend the correct product free of charge. Please include: The emailed invoice and the image of the product that was sent incorrectly.
Please note, due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards; Mass & Slim Shorts, Leggings and Belt items, returns for any other reason are not accepted.
If you’re on the cusp of two sizes, we recommend the smaller size option.
For example: if you are on the cusp of size medium & large we recommend size medium.
