We want you to love your brand new TheBlackPurple items. Please note that our shapewear may fit small at first, but it will soon adjust to your figure.
We offer a full refund for up to 30 days after your purchase
- We offer a full refund for the unused item or worn for the sizing and the fit purpose.
- Due to hygienic reasons and the intimate nature of the garment use, return is not accepted if the item is continually worn.
For a full refund, customers that received free shipping are required to return the item via USPS.
Easy & Free size exchanges for 60 days
Worried your item won’t fit you? Made a mistake? it can happen. You have 60 days to ask for another size and we’ll send it over - free of charge!
Want to Exchange for a different item
We can help you with that too. Just send us an email and let us know the item you like to switch to. We simply adjust the price for you.
Incorrect Orders or Damages
If The Black Purple has sent an incorrect size, an incorrect item, or damaged product, we will resend the correct item as it appears on the emailed invoice.
The customer is NOT required to send back the item they received.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at info@theblackpurple.com within 14 days of receiving the product. In the email, please make sure to include the following:
- Your invoice number
- A picture of the incorrect/damaged product

Standard shipping is free for all orders in the United States (via USPS).
NOTE: Some customers are experiencing slight shipping delays (USPS) during COVID-19
Products are shipped from the USA or Canada depending on the buyer's shipping address.
Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery. If you need your order to be expedited, you can select expedited shipping at an additional cost.
The Black Purple accepts orders from Canada and European countries. However, expected delivery varies based on shipping address.
