Cellulite Reduction in 2018 – It’s as Much Psychological as it is Physical
It’s not unhealthy. The vast majority of women have it. There’s nothing you can do to get ‘rid’ of it.
So why does it make you feel so badly? In other words, why does something about your physical body that is perfectly normal cause you to have such a negative emotional reaction?
Forgive us, but we’re not going to actually answer that last question. There’s not enough space to do so properly in a single blog post. But we will try to help you better deal with your reaction to cellulite.
Of course, the simple answer to the question is that cellulite’s orange-peel effect on the skin is considered unattractive and we all want to look our best. But, considering there’s absolutely nothing wrong with cellulite, our reaction to it is purely emotional.
In other words, cellulite doesn’t make us feel physically bad, but it triggers bad feelings inside us.
‘Reduce’ Your Reaction to Cellulite
This might sound like a suggested New Year’s resolution, and maybe it is. In 2018, instead of worrying about how something that’s very normal makes you look, try to change your feelings about cellulite and how you look.
Sure, that may be easier said than done, but the doing isn’t as difficult as you think.
By refocusing some of your activities on your physical and emotional wellbeing, you’ll take the focus off your cellulite, and that just might help you feel better about how you look.
Try to Eat a More Balanced Diet
Try to Add More Activity to Your Day
Try Shapewear
So now you can make 2018 the year that you start feeling better about your cellulite and how you look!
