Break These ‘Healthy’ Eating Habits to Improve the Appearance of Your Cellulite

Needless to say, you can find endless ‘healthy’ eating habits online, in magazines and from just about every family member and friend you have. Unfortunately, many long-standing eating habits that were once considered healthy might not be so healthy after all.

Here are just a few eating habits you might have started, thinking they were healthy, but they may be anything but.

1.Using Artificial Sweeteners

More and more research points to the fact that not only is sugar an enemy of weight loss, it’s simply bad for your health. So artificial sweeteners seem like a better option. Except they may be just as unhealthy and damaging to your weight loss as sugar.

Artificial sweeteners can trick you body into thinking it has eaten something sweet. When your body realizes that the promised calories aren’t there, it can force you to eat more. Artificial sweeteners also play havoc with your blood sugar levels and increase your chance of diabetes. And it’s not just the artificial sweeteners you add to your diet, but those that are used in diet and low-sugar drinks and foods too.

2.You Cut Down on What You Eat When You Plan to Go Out Later

Here’s another one that seems to make perfect sense. You know you’re heading out tonight for a celebration. So during the day, you cut down on what you eat because you expect to eat more later. 

But this tactic can have the complete opposite effect than the one you want. When you head out on an empty stomach to a social situation where there will be lots of tempting foods and drink, there’s a good chance that your hunger pangs will make you over indulge.

3.You Eat Too Many Healthy Foods

Of course, you should eat as many healthy foods as possible as part of a balanced diet. But it’s a big mistake to think that, because you’re eating healthy foods, you can eat as much as you want. Overeating healthy foods can add to your weight and make your cellulite look worse almost as easily as overeating junk foods.
